At Whif, we want you to love your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unopened beauty and fragrance products. If a fragrance isn't the right fit, our simple return process ensures your satisfaction is always our top priority.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Whif account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the protective seal is intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
